APPLY For a natural effect apply directly on lips from the lipstick tube. For longer lasting color and more depth apply over lip filled with lip liner. To prevent lip color feathering into fine lines use Re-Creation Lip Treatment 4 times per day and apply lip liner 15 minutes after lip treatment. Then apply lipstick.
