This is the standard cancellation policy. For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the or makeover class is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact immediately by email or call 310-962-5387.

You can reschedule the date or time of your experience (or add or remove guests) within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before the class is scheduled to start. If you reschedule a class, the cancellation policy is based on the original purchase time and original start date of the class.

Yes we are happy to have you bring a friend to your group class. The class fee  for your friend can be paid online in advance or a fee will be collected when you arrive to the class. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your class so we can process payment and get your friend setup for a great experience. It is preferable that you pay in advance online or handle this through email if the class is full.

If your internet service stops working try using your phone to get into the class over cellular network. Contact us as soon as you can, by email or phone to reschedule or get into the class another way.

Yes I’m happy to travel to you. Based on the distance there will be an additional fee for travel and parking if necessary.

Yes I offer makeup services in addition to teaching how-to classes. Please email or call to setup your makeup application day and time.

Each class is different. The current online classes are 40 minutes to 90 minutes.

Your safety is our highest priority. We utilize the latest advances in non-animal safety testing and human volunteer testing to deliver products of the highest safety and quality to our consumers.  We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, or ask others to test on our behalf, except where required by law.

Each class follows step by step instruction using makeup from the Brian + MW line of cosmetics. You are encouraged to purchase your makeover set in advance to use during your class. This will provide you with the best experience and learning. You are welcome to use the tools you already have or use other makeup.

Yes your teenager may take a class with their parents permission.

No unfortunately, the makeover set is non-refundable and non-returnable, because the set is a sale item. You are able to re-schedule your makeup class within 24 hours of purchase or prior to 72 hours before your class.

All Brian + MW products are paraben-free, cruelty-free, and dermatologically tested.

Unfortunately, you are unable to apply more than 1 promo code or discount to your order. Individuals that abuse our discount policy will be charged in full for their order through the default payment method on their account.

Virtual try-on is not currently available at Brian + MW. However, I am happy to offer you a 5-10 minute video conference to assist you with shades best suited for you. Also, if you who like to send a selfie of yourself with no makeup on I can make suggestions. Contact me now.

You are able to look at the product swatch or smear to find the right color fo you. Many products have in-depth descriptions of shade tones. You may also contact me to schedule a 5-10 minute free consolation to discuss shades and tones.

You are welcome to exchange a foundation or concealer if the shade or tone is not correct. Please contact me to begin the exchange process.
